The reunion resort is located in reunion, Fla., next to Disney’s old-fashioned town of celebration, fla. The resort is six miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Features.
Stretching across 2,300 acres of rolling hills, this expansive resort offers a variety of architectural styles, from Floridian conch style to colonial style. The resort features three restaurants. Forte is a classic steakhouse with an elegant setting. The eleven restaurant offers casual tapas-style dining and entertainment. The clubhouse is a seasonal restaurant overlooking the golf course.
The seven eagles pool pavilion offers a poolside bar and grill. The resort offers a 12,000-square-foot executive conference center with a ballroom and break-out space, and a 4,700-square-foot events center. High-speed internet access is available. Three signature golf courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, wind throughout the resort. The five-acre water park boasts a multi-level water and swimming pavilion featuring a zero-entry pool, lazy river and multi-story water slides.
The colorful, tropically landscaped pool complex also offers tin-roofed gazebos, shade areas, interactive children’s pools and a wooden boardwalk. A fitness center is available in the clubhouse. The resort offers a boutique spa with therapeutic massages, including Swedish, deep-tissue and golfers’ massages, a manicure and pedicure room, and hair salon. In-room massages are also available. The tennis center features six lighted courts and tennis pros on staff. Tickets to area theme parks are available at the concierge desk. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Located on two Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses and surrounded by 15-acres of family-friendly recreation, this resort caters to the golfer, the businessperson and the family. The premiere golf club features a clubhouse, restaurant and banquet facility, which can accommodate anything from large golf tournaments to evening functions or corporate events. The Omni Orlando resort at Championsgate also features a business center, on-site retail shops and a kids program.

Topped by two giant swans, the aptly named Walt Disney world swan in lake Buena Vista, Fla., is a massive resort stocked with endless amenities and convenient guest services. Guests can take a short riverboat ride from the hotel to MGM studios, Epcot and Disney’s boardwalk entertainment area. A short walk across the street lands guests at fantasia gardens miniature golf, where even the smallest guests can putt with small plastic clubs.
Hotel Features.
The hotel shares recreational activities with the Walt Disney world dolphin resort, including a swimming complex suitably coined the grotto. This three-acre water playground is complete with waterfalls, slides, water volleyball and spa tubs. Active guests can enjoy four tennis courts, a basketball court and a jogging path. Guests can paddle along crescent lake, or play volleyball on the hotel’s white sand beach. The hotel also features enormous convention facilities, various gift shops and a children’s camp with arts and crafts, movies and video games. WEATHER
Orlando enjoys year-round subtropical weather. Summers can be very hot ranging in the high 90′s. Winters are much milder, with a decrease in the humidity, and low temperature that rarely dip below 32 degree Fahrenheit. Like much of Florida, this region is Hurricane prone although not as high as Southern Florida and the Keys.
